Well last year I never blogged about Christmas and I really want to remember this year.... This Christmas was so special! My family and I used to sleep in the same room when we were younger on Christmas Eve. As we got older it soon became separate rooms and then it became separate houses. But this year we all slept over at my mom's house in Spanish Fork except we missed Tyson. We played "my favorite things" and made gingerbread houses. We also watched YouTube videos before we fell asleep! Haha That morning we opened amazing presents from my Mom and her husband Jeff. Afterwards we sang Happy Birthday to Parker and he opened some birthday presents. I absolutely love my Mom she has the biggest heart in the world and does such a great job at making Parker feel special on his birthday. Later we headed over to Parker's Mom's house. I don't know why but I have really been thinking about my life lately. I have been overcome by the experiences that have continued to come into my life to help me grow. I have been faced with trials absolutely, I have had my heart broken not just by boys but also by loved ones. I have felt I have had to struggle to get anything I have ever wanted.... However I am more happy, stronger and at peace with my life and the choices I have made. I have always believed with all of my heart that everything happens for a reason. Call it destiny, call it faith or call me crazy but I just know it with all of my being. So why have I sometimes doubted things that won't happen to me that are really for the best? Many of you know I have wanted to graduate school for a long time but thing after thing has kept me from this goal. My family and I have been going to the Festival of Trees for a very long time. It has been such a great family traditions of ours. I remember being a bratty teenager and asking how much longer because I wanted to go play with my friends. Haha But now I find myself saying let's keep going! The trees are amazing and people put so much time into them. My Mom and I promised ourselves we would donate a tree next year for our business Girls R Fanz! I just love spending time with family. I am seriously crazy about them! I love them all so much and they mean everything to me. I an so happy to have great new additions added to the family especially Parker. I am so excited for this month because I get to see the fam more often!
