Uh Oh Baby!!!

How did this happen?! Haha okay I know how it happened, but boy were we surprised when it did happen because we were definitely not planning this!  A few days before I found out I was continuing on my health kick by eating healthy and exercising literally six days a week for at least an hour. I was finally seeing the light of the weight tunnel! I lost twenty pounds and down almost three pant sizes, I was ecstatic! 

The week before I found out, Parker went to the gas station to get a drink and he asked if I wanted anything. I said, "Reece's peanut butter cups!" He asked, "How many?" I said, "Three of the king size packages." Obviously I was joking but sure enough my cute hubby brings back three packages. Well I ate a total of eight Reece's cups and I about dyed! I couldn't believe I ate so many especially since I had been doing soooo well! 

Another thing that happened that was so weird is I COULD NOT stop craving chocolate gummy bears! I went to Harmon's and ate a whole package in one sitting. Shortly after I put my running shoes on and booked it! What the heck was I doing?! Sabotaging my success in health? Pmsing? Who knew? 

So fast forward to April 5th my little brother's bday, I woke up thinking I should take a pregnancy test. SIDE NOTE: This is nothing new, I always think I am pregnant! That's why I have spare tests lining up for me in the bathroom! Anywho no I didn't miss a period and nothing was really different except my psycho chocolate indulgence but what the heck, I'll take it! 

I took the test while Parker was working and I looked at it and I was thinking there's a faint line that has never been there before... What is that doing there? It clicked and I literally freaked out! Like freaked out! Next thing you know, my dad and step mom walk in the door... Umm hi... Tammie immediately asked what was wrong. I couldn't even talk and just gave her the test. I said, "Does this mean I am pregnant?" She freaked out and started screaming! Tammie has wanted a grand baby since forever! It was so fun to watch her reaction even though I was still literally in shock! Then my brother Tyson comes upstairs and finds out! Haha 

Immediately I called my mom to come and get me! Fast!  I wanted to somewhat tell her in a cute way. So I printed off a pink paper saying, "Keep calm you're going to be a grandma!" I put in an Easter egg and told her I got her an early Easter gift. Haha so cheesy but my mom is so cute because she was like oh an egg! Haha My mom opened it up and couldn't believe it! She was so excited! 

So now my mom, dad, Tyson and Tammie know I'm pregnant and poor Parker is in the dark. We all met up to do a service project for Mason's birthday and then went to lunch. But before we met at the service project Mason and Lindsey went in my house to grab my phone charger and sure enough they see my test on the dresser. 

So now basically the whole freaking family knows except my PJ! We were at lunch and Parker met us there and I could barely hold it in! I told him we had to leave early because I had homework. Finally we get home and I shut the office door and make a cute little prezie (slide show) announcement on the computer. I tell him to watch it and boom he finally finds out! Parker was in as much shock as I was! It took him a second but he was soooooo excited, definitely more excited than I was. 

So that's how I found out and basically the rest of the family found out too haha But to be honest I wouldn't expect to find out any other way. 1. Because my life never goes as planned 2. My family is my everything and I really wouldn't be able to hold it in that long. 3. I kind of needed the support since I wasn't planning on this. 

Obviously I have a lot more stories but I will save it for another post! 

This is the day I {we} found out I was pregnant!
